How does the treatment work?

Light energy is applied to the skin where it is readily absorbed by the blood vessels, heating them to the point where they are destroyed.  Following the treatment, the vessels quickly clear as they are reabsorbed by the body, leaving little or no trace of the original lesions.

Treatment is mildly uncomfortable, sensations can vary, the treatment is described as hot pin pricks.

How many sessions do I need ?

The number of sessions may vary, from client to client and depends on many factors which can be discussed in your consultation.  However a course of treatments is required, though small lesions may clear in a single session.  Session can be between 4-6 treatments.
