CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without charge.

Cancellations with 24 hour, or failure to attend an appointment, will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.

This includes cancellations due to illness, last minute changes, or personal circumstances.
If your running late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. Thank you for understanding and supporting small business.
